Through last two years Sky Invest has evolved. At first we were focusing on searching buildings or parcels. We had many smaller cases; selling apartments or searching for parcels. Mostly for private people or small investors. Nevertheless, our goal was to reach beyond low budged investment. Through our personal contacts, know-how and previous success, we were able to find a great partner ASTEL INVESTMENT Sp. z o.o. Our cooperation led us to purchase beautiful building near the city center of Cracow. Currently We are in charge of investment process including renovation and sales of the apartments.
Our company has got 3 divisions:
1) Cooperation with ASTEL – purchase buildings in Krakow
2) Distribution of modular houses to Belgium – with our second but equally important business partner Workservice BV, we created brand Perfect Places
3) Real Estate assist – We are still ready to help everyone in need, especially those having some real estate issue with purchase or finding his perfect place:)
